BetOnWars operates exclusively with virtual points. No real money, cryptocurrency, or items of financial value are involved in any way.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BetOnWars ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BetOnWars.
2. Nature of the Platform
BetOnWars is a virtual prediction and forecasting simulation platform. All activities are conducted using virtual points that have no monetary value. The platform is not a gambling service, betting service, or financial service of any kind. No real money is ever wagered, won, or lost.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use BetOnWars. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person is permitted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Virtual Points
Virtual points on BetOnWars: (a) have no monetary value; (b) cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money or any item of value; (c) are not redeemable for any real-world prize; (d) may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these terms; (e) are provided solely for the purpose of engaging with the forecasting simulation.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to manipulate markets; create multiple accounts; use automated systems to make predictions; harass other users; or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
7. Market Resolution
BetOnWars reserves the right to resolve markets based on publicly available information, cancel markets that cannot be fairly resolved, and correct resolutions in cases of clear error. All resolution decisions are final once confirmed by administrators.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on BetOnWars, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BetOnWars and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
BetOnWars provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of virtual points in your account (which have no monetary value).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
