1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Vegas Casino Crypto, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Description
Vegas Casino Crypto is an online entertainment platform where users can play casino-style games using virtual coins. Coins can be purchased via cryptocurrency deposits.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. Each person may only hold one account.
5. Deposits & Coin Purchases
Users may purchase coins by depositing supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC). Deposits are processed and credited upon confirmation. The exchange rate is $1 = 100 Coins.
6. Bonus & Promotional Funds — IMPORTANT
The following rules apply to ALL bonus funds:
- Daily rewards (max $5/day) are credited to your Bonus Balance and are NOT withdrawable.
- Bonus codes credits are added to your Bonus Balance and are NOT withdrawable.
- Signup bonuses and any other promotional credits are NOT withdrawable.
- Winnings earned while playing with bonus funds (bonus balance, daily rewards, bonus codes, or any promotional credit) are NOT withdrawable, regardless of the amount won.
- Bonus funds may be used to play games for entertainment purposes only.
- We reserve the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings at any time.
7. Withdrawals — Eligibility
Only the following funds are eligible for withdrawal:
- Funds deposited via real cryptocurrency deposits.
- Winnings earned from games played with real deposited funds (not bonus funds).
- Your Main Balance is eligible for withdrawal, provided you have made at least one confirmed crypto deposit.
- Users who have never deposited real crypto cannot withdraw any funds.
Withdrawals are processed manually and may take up to 24-48 hours. Minimum withdrawal: 10 coins.
8. Fair Play
All games use random number generators. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the platform may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
9. Anti-Money Laundering
We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. Deposited funds must be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
Vegas Casino Crypto is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
